Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Introduction

Archyom ("Archyom", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit www.archyom.com (the "Website") or contact us, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

We process personal data in line with the laws that apply to us, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data, and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Who is responsible for your data

Archyom, an architecture and interior design practice with offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Beirut, Lebanon, is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

3. The data we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us through the Website, by email, phone or messaging app, or apply to work with us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as:

  • your name, email address, phone number and company;
  • information about your project, site, brief and budget; and
  • for job applications, your CV, portfolio and related information.
  • Information collected automatically. When you browse the Website we collect technical and usage information through Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location derived from your IP address.

4. How we use your data

  • to respond to your enquiries and prepare proposals;
  • to provide our architecture, interior design and related services, and manage our relationship with clients;
  • to assess job and internship applications;
  • to understand how the Website is used and improve it;
  • to keep the Website secure and prevent misuse; and
  • to comply with our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

5. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the purpose, we rely on your consent (for example, for analytics cookies where consent is required), on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or the performance of a contract with you, on our legitimate interests in running and improving our practice and the Website, or on compliance with a legal obligation.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart and measure how the Website is used. The information is processed by Google on our behalf and is used only in aggregate to understand and improve the Website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop the Website from working.

7. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

  • service providers who help us run the Website and our practice, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms;
  • consultants, collaborators and contractors working on your project, where you have engaged us and the sharing is needed to deliver it;
  • professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers; and
  • public authorities, regulators or courts where the law requires it.

8. International transfers

We work across the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, and some of our service providers process data in other countries. Where your data is transferred outside the country in which it was collected, we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains adequately protected, as required by applicable law.

9. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are typically deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Project and client records are kept for as long as our legal, contractual and professional obligations require.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • ask us to delete your data or restrict how we use it;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive your data in a portable format; and
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

12. Children

The Website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change.

14. Contact us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal data, please contact us at [email protected].
